what was the error

This morning I laughed a lot on basis of my friends idiocy. He had opened a gmail I.D and a blogging site with E- blogging. After some days blogging he took a chance to register his site to google adsense. But he had done all these things With error, so he had not got his approving. What was the error ? I will mention next.
